Just Do?
I think I keep forgetting the most important part of an activity, that is being mindful of and reflecting on it. With multiple hobbies and many more things to do in daily life I find that I often get lost, not just in what I do but also in what I don't do - some sort of paralysis of choice,when you have so many options you don't know which one to pick; or a lingering sense of guilt for picking something over some other thing.
It's crazy just how that works, I have so many things in mind yet so little that I do anymore. 'Slowing down', they say. I might just end up a vegetable soon. I need to hustle and make something for myself. Maybe I already do but I need some system to it. Maybe this site to log things down might help, hopefully.
Okay, to clear things up.
Studying: medicine, german
Arts: drawing
Music: cello, violin, digital music collection
Literature: reading, reviews, essay writing
Work out: literally just move around
This only includes things that I already do, not things that I want to do. I might have to add more soon but that should clear it up for now.
